What are your delivery charges?
All items over £25 are free of charge to mainland UK, although there are additional charges if shipping to remote areas of the UK, such as the highlands.

Next Day is £5.95
You can place your order online and pay for it by Credit / Debit card. Alternatively, you may place your order by telephone.
Please feel free to telephone us before placing an order to discuss your requirements, ask any questions you may have about the products and give us any special delivery instructions.
For next day delivery (Extra charge will apply, next day delivery is also only available on telephone orders) of stocked items, we need to have your order by noon to allow us time to process your order and get it ready for dispatch. Please note, carriers normally only deliver Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday for next day delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday. It is not possible to arrange for goods to be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
Please note we only deliver to UK addresses. Orders over £25 of our products will be delivered free of charge for England and Wales (exceptions include items over 6 meters) however, the following charges will apply to other areas.
- Northern Ireland- £40.
- Southern Ireland – £55.00.
- Off Shore – POA.

When you take delivery of goods from a carrier they will ask you to sign that you have received the goods in good condition. Stop Shop Catering therefore advise that you check the goods thoroughly before signing if you notice that the goods are damaged please reject the delivery and contact us asap so that we can organise a replacement without delay. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
How do I select a delivery day?
It is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery date, however, you can specify a preferred date in the additional comments part of the checkout form. We will aim to meet this however it cannot be guaranteed.
When will I receive my Order?
Delivery will be 2 – 5 working days unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the week and not on weekends. Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock however please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items. A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date specified on our website.
What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?
If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or they will return the following day to attempt delivery again Although please ensure a valid contact number is provided during the checkout process which could help during the delivery process.
What happens if an item that I order is unavailable?
Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately.
If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have products sent as soon as they become available, or cancel the order.
What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery?
If received goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund provided this is reported within 7 working days from the delivery date.
